Refund Policy for Seedream 4.7 AI

Thank you for choosing Seedream 4.7 AI ("we," "us," or "our"). If your purchase does not meet your expectations, please review the refund terms below.

Refund Request Window

Refund requests must be submitted within 10 days of purchase.

Eligibility

• The purchase must be associated with a valid Seedream 4.7 AI account and include enough order information for us to review it.
• The plan or credit purchase must be unused or substantially unused where applicable.
• Refunds may be declined when credits have already been consumed for successful image generations, reference-image edits, downloads, or other completed AI processing.

Please note: Add-on credits that have already been consumed for successful generations are non-refundable.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please send an email to support@seedream47.com and include:

• Your account email address
• Your order or payment reference
• The reason for the refund request

Review and Processing

Once we receive your refund request, we will review it and notify you of the outcome. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method.

Please note that the refund amount may be subject to a processing fee not exceeding 6% of the initial payment amount.
